Shipping Policy

All packaging and fulfillment are done in-house. Shipping rates are calculated on order weight & charged in your currency.


Currently, our business is only able to ship within Canada and the United States of America. Countries that are outside of these two are currently unable to access our website. Although our website can be accessed throughout the USA, certain areas that we are unable to supply sufficient shipping services will not be able to complete their orders. In other words, if an individual's address is outside of our shipping reach, they will not be able to fulfil their order. 


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If you choose priority shipping, we will pack and ship your order within the first 24 hours of you placing your order. 

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your item has been shipped. 


We currently ship via Canada Post, and the shipping times can vary depending entirely on Canada Post.

Canadian delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days. 

USA delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to custom delays or holidays.

You can also install the Shop App which will sync with your e-mail, it will track and notify you with updates on your order's shipping.

If you need your order by a certain date, please assume it will take the longest period of time plus about 3-5 more business days (this is in the worst case scenario, factoring in the possibility of customs delays, holidays, etc). If you are unsure if it will reach you in time, we will gladly speak with you via e-mail ( before you place your order.


Riwaaz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
