Refund Policy


(For sanitary and hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds OR exchange on purchases)


If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within seven business days of receiving your order with a proof of purchase and a picture of your received item. Please send us an email at or submit an entry on our "Contact Us" page. You should receive a reply from us within seven business days. Please contact us before sending back your item. 

*If your item is returned prior to a consult, you may risk having your refund denied if it is not eligible with our conditions listed below.


To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. If you are approved for a refund**, it must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to along with a picture of the received product.

Once we receive the item(s) they will be inspected, and an email will be sent (within seven business days) to notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment. 

     NO refunds will be given in the following cases:

    • The jewelry is not faulty or damaged as stated by the recipient.
    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
    • Package refused by the recipient.
    PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Late or Missing Refunds:

      Once the Riwaaz team has processed the refund, you will been notified by email. Please consider the following:

      • If you have not received a refund yet, please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be posted back to your bank account.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
